THE ROLE
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Project Start, your role is to develop and manage a candidate and client base and technically learn your market.
You will go that extra mile to provide a high level of service to meet our client’s expectations and build excellent relationships.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
While you don’t need to have experience, we are looking for someone who is driven, well organised and eager to learn with excellent communication skills.
You will be able to work well under pressure and thrive on targets and deadlines along with enjoying an excellent commission structure while you develop your skills.
