Project Start have recently partnered with well established Energy Company based in Eastington, Stonehouse who are looking for an Admin Assistant on a temp basis to cover maternity leave until November 2021.
You will be be the first point of contact for the office, have a great eye for detail and positive can do attitude. The temp cover is running until November 2021, however could be potential for extension. You will ideally come from a Engineering/Manufacturing admin background.
Receive and acknowledge all new orders and enquiries.
Co-ordinate the necessary contract review tasks to acknowledge order within agreed timescales.
Enter relevant data into Progress (MRP) and OfficeNet CRM) and keep updated.
Compile contract documentation.
Filing electronic and hard copy documents.
Review and agree personal development objectives annually with your line manager.
