Air Conditioning Engineer

Our leading FM client built a stellar reputation as a leading provider within the indsutry, to a range of commercial clients and contracts. Their ability to adapt quickly to the ever-changing needs of their customers ensure they can continually align with their organisational objectives.

Due to their continued success, they are now actively recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer covering Bath and Bristol working on a number of different commercial contracts.

The successful Engineer will be expected to carry out all site AC servicing and remedial works in the Bath and Bristol area.

Key Responsibilities include:

To maintain and enhance the company's reputation for quality by ensuring that company standards in all services are achieved and maintained.

To carry out PPM, breakdown, service, maintenance and installation of Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems – ranging from VRVs, VRFs, Split systems, AHU’s and Fans.

Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with agreed method statements and legislation.

Assist during site surveys and asset studies as required.

Complete general administration of associated paperwork/certificates/drawings.

Ensure plant & equipment is safe to use calibrated/PAT tested & used appropriately.

Must have NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning

In return, our client is offering a really competitive package of up to £39,000 per annum, 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays and other attractive company bonuses.
