Area Maintenance Technician - London

Our client is a global facilities management and building services organisation, who has an ever expanding, very successful maintenance division. They have successfully been in business since 1985 and grown from strength to strength across the globe.

Due to continued success, they are now recruiting on a major blue-chip contract, for a Mobile Maintenance Technician covering sites throughout London 

The successful candidate will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a number of site locations. The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPM’s. You will also assist in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, electrical, and mechanical plant works at various sites with your qualified Electrical Engineer. All work will be completed to the highest standards in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with all Health and Safety legislation.

You must have experience of working within a similar position in a retail or commercial environment and hold the following qualifications/experience:

Level 2 trade qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds) 
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience in carrying out reactive and planned maintenance within a commercial environment 
In return, our client is offering a total package of £26,648 per annum + travel time + company van, tools and uniform + health care + pension scheme + 33 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays)
