Maintenance Technician Position Available

Join our team as an Area Maintenance Technician!

Salary: £26,648.42 Location: Falkirk, Stirling, Livingston, Bathgate Shift Pattern: Days

About the Role:

As a key team member, you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across various locations. Your role involves non-technical repairs, minor PPMs, and assisting in electrical and mechanical plant works. All tasks will be executed to the highest standards, efficiently, and cost-effectively, while adhering to Health and Safety legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend relevant training courses as required


  • Prioritize and complete minor maintenance and repair work within agreed timescales
  • Fulfill all necessary PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules promptly and accurately
  • Respond positively to service call requests, assess job requirements, and carry out repairs
  • Ensure availability and serviceability of tools and equipment for maintenance and repairs
  • Collaborate with company and client colleagues to maintain quality standards
  • Represent the company professionally and build strong working relationships


  • Adhere to the company's Health and Safety Policy
  • Complete mandatory online training and Evolve modules
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Obtain approval for all costs


  • Undertake any reasonable duties and responsibilities as required


  • Minimum education: GCSE/Standard Grade level
  • Trade qualifications advantageous
  • Previous experience in building maintenance
  • Ability to maintain and repair various equipment
  • Proficient in Apple and Android PC skills
  • Full driving license
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
