Our client is a global facilities management and building services organisation, who has an ever expanding, very successful compliance division. They have successfully been in business since 1985 and grown from strength to strength across the globe.
Due to their continued success within the industry, they have been going through a sustained period of change and are now recruiting for a Head of Compliance to head up the business function, to work across all their national contracts.
As a critical role to the ongoing success of the business, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving compliance and consistency of operating standards across the business. The Head of Compliance will be implementing new maintenance procedures in line with current legislation and conducting service checks across all sites, including:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the highest-level oversight and delivery of compliance procedures within operations and supply chain, ultimately to ensure the business fulfils its statutory responsibilities and safety focused work environment. You will be the principle duty holder / EQS (Employee Qualification and Supervision) is a key aspect within NICEIC (National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting).
Background & Experience
In return, our client is offering total flexibility of salary package (between £60k-£100k) depending on experience + health care + pension scheme + 33 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays)
