Our technical consulting client is going through a Dynamics 365 migration in their centralised IT team in Surrey and they require an experienced Business Analyst with good D365 migration experience.

You will be reporting to the Lead Business Analyst and will embark on a 12 month implementation project which will transform their business.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:

Commercially aware, with an understanding of business processes and their importance to business performance

Able to translate vague and competing requirements into a clear, concise and consistent set of system requirements

Able to communicate (both verbally and written) to a number of stakeholders with differing needs and understanding of the business systems and processes

Comfortable and able to take the lead in requirement gathering activities, e.g. organising and leading discovery workshops.

The ability to solve complex problems with practical and achievable solutions

An understanding and appreciation of Project Management principals

Able to demonstrate a calm and systematic approach to problem solving

Experience of Business Process Modelling

Ability to work on their own and to use their own initiative in decision making and work planning.

Good communication skills and a strong team player.

You may have experience in some of the following, although this is not essential:

Experience working in a high technical environment.

Experience of Agile/SCRUM methodologies

Experience of ITIL framework

In return our client is offering a day rate between £350-£450 per day.
