Commercial Coordinator (Construction/Engineering)
This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team during a period of growth. Our client, a prominent player in the construction industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Commercial Coordinator.
As a key member of the commercial team, you will contribute to various administrative and operational tasks, demanding strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals, contracts, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of commercial transactions and agreements.
Monitor and track project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
Collaborate with supply chains to obtain product information and cost details.
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems.
Manage variations within the scope of work not agreed upon in original proposals and contracts.
Contribute to the development and implementation of commercial strategies.
