This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team during a period of growth. Our client, a prominent player in the construction industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Commercial Coordinator.

As a key member of the commercial team, you will contribute to various administrative and operational tasks, demanding strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners.

  • Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals, contracts, and related documentation.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of commercial transactions and agreements.

  • Monitor and track project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Collaborate with supply chains to obtain product information and cost details.

  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems.

  • Manage variations within the scope of work not agreed upon in original proposals and contracts.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of commercial strategies.
