Depot Maintenance Assistant

My client is a family-run worldwide facilities management company that was established in 1985. They have held numerous lucrative and steady blue-chip contracts over the years, and they are currently seeking a Depot Maintenance Assistant to join their team. Being a part of a reputable, family-run company that is expanding and can provide stability and career advancement in this new role is a fantastic opportunity.

A wide range of general building maintenance chores, both planned and reactive, will be expected of the perfect candidate. You will be required to do out general building maintenance, joinery, carpentry, painting and decorating and basic plumbing for a static site building in Rochdale.

Alongside a licenced electrician, you will help with mechanical and electrical plant work at the sites.

You must be able to produce outcomes in a fast-paced setting and have prior experience working in a retail or commercial building maintenance role.

Credentials and background:

• Response-oriented upkeep
• Perform a variety of building maintenance duties in joinery, painting/decorating, plumbing and carpentry.
• whole UK driver's licence
