Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing Contracts: Take the lead in managing contracts, ensuring seamless execution.
Managing Resources: Efficiently allocate and supervise resources to meet project requirements.
Promoting Company Services: Be an advocate for our services, fostering positive client relationships.
Handling Inquiries: Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring clear communication.
Participating in the Tender Process: Contribute your expertise to the tender process for successful outcomes.
Key Duties:
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.
Project Management: Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Team Leadership: Motivate and guide the team to achieve successful project outcomes.
Commercial Management: Effectively manage project budgets, costs, and financial aspects of contracts.
Procurement: Streamline procurement processes for timely and cost-effective sourcing.
Risk Identification and Compliance: Identify potential risks and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
We are seeking an individual with:
Managerial experience
Knowledge of wiring regulations
Familiarity with contract suites
Expertise in health and safety
