Fabric Engineer- Basingstoke

Our client is a nationwide giant in the construction and facilities management industry. Founded in 1996, our client has expanded and gained several blue-chip contracts due to their reputation. Due to continued success on these already existing contracts, they are looking to recruit for a Fabric Engineer in and around Basingstoke.   

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role working within retails contracts carrying out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on a catering / commercial contracts. You will be responsible for maintaining several different building services including painting, decorating, joinery, carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics and much more. 

In return, my client is looking to offer a competitive salary of up to £32K + on call every 1 in 5, paid at £15 per day allowance), including the following benefits:
