Fabric Engineer - Torquay

Our client is a nationwide giant in the construction and facilities management industry. Founded in 1996, our client has expanded and gained several blue-chip contracts due to their reputation. Due to continued success on these already existing contracts, they are looking to recruit for a Fabric Engineer in Torquay.  

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role working within commercial contracts carrying out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on a commercial contracts. You will be responsible for maintaining several different buildings with carpentry, roofing and general multi trade skills.

Ideally someone with experience with one or more of the following:

• Mason
• Carpenter & Joiner
• Multi skill maintenance
• Builder was self employed
