Fitter/Fabricator - Bradford

Project Start Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the leading engineer groups within the UK. Due to current demand and expansion, they are looking for a Crane Fitter/Fabricator for their production worked based in Falkirk, Scotland.

Overview:

Our Crane division is currently looking for a Crane Fitter/Fabricator to join the workshop. Reporting to the Production and Engineering Director, the job holder will be responsible for fitting sub frames and cranes to commercial vehicles

Responsibilities:

Fitting sub frames and cranes to commercial vehicles

Carrying out fitment to required specification

Working within a team to ensure timely manufacture of crane fitted vehicles

Liaising with Supervisor/Team Leader on required work

To carry out all work in adherence with Health & Safety and company policies

Requirements:

You will be a team player

You will have good attention to detail

You will have a can-do attitude

You will be able to work unsupervised

You will have knowledge of mechanical fitting practices and able to read engineering drawings

MIG welding experience

Fabrication experience

Hydraulic fitting knowledge

Offer:

Full time; 42 Hours
