Our long-standing client, who has over 25 years’ experience within the welding and fabrication industry, have provided goods/services to several blue-chip companies across various industries are recruiting for an Interim 6-month Accounts/Admin Contractor to join their Gloucester team.
The successful candidate will have previous office admin experience within an Engineering company.
The role involves:
Office admin duties
Processing delivery notes, invoices and weekly staff clock cards
Answering the telephone and transferring calls to the appropriate members of staff
Welcoming all clients and visitors.
Using Sage to input data, payments, invoicing and statements along with other Accounts Assistant
Skills and Experience:
Experience of a previous office admin/ accounts role within an Engineering company
Experience of using Sage and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programmes
Receptionist/ admin experience within an engineering company
