Project Start have recently partnered with a well-established building support company based in the Greater London area. My client specialises in Fire & Security, Electrical, Heating & Plumbing serving clients in the NHS trusts, private sectors, social landlords and local authorities.
Running for over 20 years my client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with specific systems and application project delivery knowledge to join the expanding team!
You will be responsible for the planning of the technology projects, managing multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are met. The IT Project Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of IT development professionals, implementing security and the execution of tech related tasks.
The ideal candidate will have the following
Experience working as a Project Manager
Able to monitor, plan and provide effective reports on projects
Able to prioritise workloads and be flexible to make sure deadlines are met
Full clean UK Driving licence
Experience in full end to end lifecycle project delivery
Experience working within the Works Management, FM, Engineering, Building Services sector
Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
APM or PRINCE2 Qualification
Experience in developing internal intranet systems
Able to lead and work well within a team
