Maintenance Electrician

Our client is a nationwide giant in the construction and facilities management industry. Founded in 1996, our client has expanded and gained several blue-chip contracts due to their reputation. Due to continued success on these already existing contracts, they are looking to recruit for an Electrician in Bromley/Croydon area, working on a major blue-chip retail contract on a mobile basis.  

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role working within retails contracts carrying out a broad range of electrical duties including installs, PPM and reactive maintenance duties and the following:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks
• Undertake Electrical installation works
• Ensure all work is carried out safely, and to the highest standard
• Maintain accurate records of all works undertaken
• Member of an on-call rota
• You must have a passion for customer service
• Be presentable, courteous, and helpful always
• Must be flexible as some out of hours work may be required
• Must be able to manage workload and prioritise work

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of previous experience in a facilities management role.

Industry recognised Electrical Installation or Maintenance qualification obtained to NVQ Level 3, or equivalent as a minimum required

• JIB Gold Card
• Electrical Installation experience desirable
• BS7671 18th Edition desirable
• C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing desirable
• Full clean driving licence required
• ECS / CSCS Card desirable
• IPAF & PASMA desirable
• HVAC experience desirable
