Maintennace Assistant

Due to continued success within a major blue-chip contract, they are now recruiting for a Maintennace Assistant in Washington. 

The successful candidate will be required to carry maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house. The work includes a mix of PPM and reactive works internally and externally to include: Painting & Decorating, Plumbing, Joinery and Planned Maintenance 

You must have experience of working within a similar position in a retail, commercial or industrial environment.
