National Lift Manager

Our client is a global facilities management and building services organisation with a successful and growing lift division. Due to continued success within a blue-chip contract, they now have the need for an experienced National Lift Manager to join the expanding company and cover a prestigious, well known major UK retail contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for management, delivery, reporting and investigation of any shortfalls of SLAs/KPIs within lift engineering works across the estate.

The requirement to manage a budget and service delivery in a cost-effective manner is critical whilst ensuring compliance with customer and company Health & Safety Requirements at all times. 

This role will require the successful candidate to manage, influence and build strong working relationships with the customer, internal teams and approved contractors.

In order to be successful, the candidate will require:

  • Educated to GCSE / Standard Grade level as a minimum, ideally NVQ Level 3/ City and Guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance
  • And/or NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Lift engineering.
  • A working knowledge of the maintenance service within the FM industry is essential, with previous working knowledge of a multi-client contracted environment and compliance background being desirable.

In return, our client is offering a great package of £45K-£55K per annum depending on experience + company vehicle + pension scheme + BUPA medical cover + other great benefits!
