Office Manager

We are currently recruiting for a fire & security company who are looking to recruit for an experienced Office Manager.

Our client is one of the leading independent fire and security solutions providers and has been rapidly expanding the operations across the UK since 1991.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Answering calls to the office
  • Logging Calls – Raising / scheduling jobs on the internal system for Engineers work
  • Updating client portal systems
  • Communicating with Engineers and Managers
  • Allocating Reactive/Maintenance jobs
  • Raising Purchase orders and invoicing
  • Timesheets / Expenses
  • General office admin

You must have:

  • Experience of working within a similar position
  • Must be a team player
  • Excellent computer skills and accuracy
  • Knowledge of the fire & security industry would also be an advantage.

Working hours are typically Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, but flexibility must be shown, working from the Leeds office every day.

In return our client is looking to pay between £22K-£25K for the role, depending on experience and training required.
