Project Administrator/Project Manager (Construction)

You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth delivery of construction projects to clients within new build housing.
Responsibilities will include coordinating and facilitating communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners. You'll be integral in the preparation of commercial proposals, contracts, and other documentation. Your keen eye for detail and organisational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records of commercial transactions and agreements.
In this role, you'll be the backbone of project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and collaborating with supply chains to obtain vital information. Administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation, will also be part of your daily routine. Handling variations within the scope of work not agreed upon in original proposals and contracts will showcase your problem-solving skills.
