Our client is a lead electrical engineering company who are part of the exciting, entertainment, live events and media world. Their business has grown from strength to strength over the past 12 months and they are looking to expand their finance team.
As an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk, they are looking for a parttime member of staff, who can offer maternity cover for 12 moths on 24 hrs per week. (hours to suit)
You will report into the Finance Manager and be able to manage the following responsibilities:-
Ensure supplier’s invoices are posted onto the accounts system accurately and timely.
Maintaining the purchase ledger mailbox
Resolving invoice queries
Reconciling supplier statements
Processing staff expenses
Filing/maintaining paperwork (predominately online)
Working together with another PL clerk and an accounts assistant to manage workload.
Any other reasonable duties as directed by your line manager.
The role will be based in Bristol and offers a salary of £28k (pro rata for PT hours). If you have the skills and experience required, then we are keen to hear from you.
