Recruitment Team Leader

Project Start Group are currently hiring for experienced Recruitment Team Leader with strong relationship management skills to join our dynamic, professional and busy team in North Bristol.  Our sectors are within Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction, Industrial and central office functions, and we have a number of positions from Recruitment Consultant to Lead Consultant to Senior Consultant to offer.

What to expect day to day as a Recruitment Team Leader you will lead a team of Recruitment Consultants as well as managing executive level recruitment.

Your job will include:

• Developing and mentoring the team through regular monthly sales plans and 121’s
• Senior management decision making
• Daily team set up meetings
• Driving the success of your team and encouraging delivery of KPIs and recruitment activity
• Working with the management team on initiatives and projects
• Increasing client activity & sales
• Account delivery reports
• Management of profit & loss reports
• Forecasting reports
• Responsible for hiring new staff and performance management/appraisals

We will give you all the tools and support needed to achieve success in the position. You will also have access to our CRM and SharePoint systems which will enable you to work efficiently and make the most of your team performance bonus.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Experience in managing a team
• Passionate about creating a supportive environment where targets are exceeded
• Commercial, innovative and ambitious
• Setting KPI’s
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated and a strong initiative
• Knowledge of a specific recruitment sector would be ideal but not essential
• Hiring of new staff
• Fully responsible for training staff through 6-month training academy
• Disciplinary & HR Issues
• Ability to improve under performers.
• Performance management reviews

We are offering a salary ranging from £35,000 + commission + benefits and many perks, and warm clients with established relationships for you to work with.
