Our client is a North Bristol based company specialising in construction cleaning services. They complete different cleaning services at each different stage of construction projects, during and after competition, ready for handover.

They are now recruiting for an experienced Site Cleaning Manager to come onboard and grow with the business!

Traveling within an hours’ commute of Bristol, the successful Cleaning Manager will have previous experience managing a team ideally within the construction industry from a cleaning services aspect.

The Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the Site Cleaning Supervisors, Cleaning Operatives, the first point of contact for the client in terms of audits, staffing, uplifts, budget and any issues that may arise.

You will also be expected to grow the business, with the right contact base and business development duties as a crucial part of this role.

Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety policies & procedures on site, as well as being able to liaise and communicate at all levels.

This role is a key position within the business and as such a flexible approach to working hours and availability will be required to ensure the cleaning operation is running effectively at all times.

Candidates with the following experience are highly desirable (NEBOSH/IOSH/MBICS/COSHH/CSC)

You may have experience of the following: Soft Service Manager, Soft Service Management, Cleaning Manager, Site Cleaning Manager and Contracts Management.
