Our client are specialist maintenance providers offering a ‘single contractor’ approach for all maintenance and compliance needs across the country. The work ranges from kitchen, bathroom refurbishments, boiler and central heating upgrades, external works and planned cyclical repairs to name just a few within a domestic setting.

Due to their ever-expanding growth and new contract win, they are now looking for Site Manager to join the team in the Derbyshire region.

The duties of this role include the responsibility for the delivery of services and development of Engineers as well as the effective delivery of performance and budget monitoring.

You will be involved the management of employees including recruitment, employee development and motivation, briefing, quality, performance and absence management.

You will be implementing health and safety on site in accordance to section 7 Health & Safety at Work Act and also assist other Managers in development of new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum level a relevant Management qualification at Level 3 (or equivalent) and have a comprehensive knowledge, experience and understanding od:

  • CDM Regulations
  • Health & Safety Legislation
  • Contract Management
  • Current Building & Planning Regulations.

In return our client is offering a salary of £43K per annum + great company benefits.
