My client are looking for a Technical Service Manager to join there well established team based in Yate. The successful candidate will join and lead a highly skilled Support Team and perform a vital role in providing a high level of service to new and existing clients.

Location: Yate

Salary: £30K-£35K

Duties:

·Managing a team of Support Engineers including managing workload, assigning tasks

·Troubleshooting issues and requests

·Ensuring all procedures are followed and all work is recorded correctly

·Performing ongoing checks to ensure all critical systems are operating to the required standards

·Liaise with other colleagues, manufactures or 3rd parties when required

Required:

·Microsoft Server 08-2016

·Windows 7-10

·Router/firewall configuration

·Active Directory, TCP, DNS, VPN, DHCP

·Mobile OS and devices

·Virus & Malware scanning and removal

·Excellent communication and telephone manner

·Experience dealing with a variety of clients within a similar working environment

Desirable:

·Previous experience managing a team within a similar environment

·Office365

·Mac OSX & other Apple devices

·Relevant industry qualification from Microsoft, Apple etc
