Project Start Recruitment were delighted to collect several donations from friends and family this month, for what we believe is a fantastic cause, led by Sean Suleman of the “Blonde Angel Street Team”. Sean has dedicated the last 12 months of his own time to carry out regular homeless drops each week to the homeless people in Bristol with supplies they desperately need, and we are delighted to be part of his work.
Sean has a team of people that accompany him on these drops and supplies have never been in more demand. Bristol currently have approx. 80+ homeless people on the streets and the most basic items are needed. Typically, Sleeping Bags, Coats and Shoes are being collected, but Project Start have been donating black rucksacks that are filled with much more; socks, deodorant, wet wipes, refillable water bottle, toothbrush, toothpaste, chocolate and a reading book.
Project Start will continue to collect all these items and any donations you can spare are very welcome. Sometimes a house / wardrobe clears out unwanted items, that are so dearly wanted by others.
