Rachel joined the Project Start team in November 2021 as our Office Manager. Rachel brought 15 years of office management experience primarily from the financial sector and has run her own cleaning company for 8 years, recruiting for her own staff.

Rachel wanted to get into the world of HR, so she attended Filton College to obtain her CPP, which has enabled her to further her career in HR, and Project Start provides such an environment.

During Rachel’s spare time she enjoys netball which she has recently start back training with a local team and is a busy mum of 3. She enjoys swimming, walking and spending time with the family.
