Fire and Security Supervisor

The role of the Fire and Security Supervisor entails covering National regions to conduct a split between servicing and maintain a full range of fire and security systems but also leading team, being on hand for any technical queries and supporting the delivery of services to meet agrees SLAs for the client. Given the mobile nature of this role, a valid driver's license is a must. 

Duties include:

• Being on hand for remote support for your team for any technical queries
• Providing servicing and maintenance on a full range of fire and security systems, including CCTV, Intruder alarms and access control
• Assist in the delivery of development of projects. Labour planning, method statements, cost preparation and risk assessments
• Monitor productivity across colleague and sub- contractor basis
• Attend meetings including handovers and cost review meetings
• Mentoring Engineers and assist the installation team with commissioning when needed

Essential qualifications and experience

• Sound knowledge of analogue and IP CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Control
• Health and Safety Awareness
• CITB SSSTS
• Supervisor level

Desirable qualities

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• City and Guilds Level 3 Requirements for Electrical Installation
• IOSH
• Experienced in Security System Installation Projects
• Emergency lighting knowledge BS 6266

For the right candidate, a compelling remuneration and benefits package is on offer, encompassing the following:

– A base salary of up to £42,503
– Paid travel time 
– Overtime pay at 1.5 (Monday-Friday) –  2.0 times on (Sundays and Bank Holidays)
